Add an out-of-this-world enhancement to your next event or conference. We can offer:

• Outdoors with our telescope(s) and laser pointer; if it's a clear night and your venue has a suitable telescope location.
  
  
• Outdoors with our Solar Telescope if it's daytime. Plus a telescope view of the Moon if it's visible.
  
  
• Indoor presentations with our astronomy images if it's cloudy. This option gets a discount.
  
  
• Conference workshop presentations and talks.
  
  
• Combined presentations with your other guest speakers.
  
  

Costs will depend on our travel distance and the number of people in your booking. Each event is different so contact us for a quote.

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining payment can be made on the day, or invoiced.

We'll also need a contact mobile phone number, so that we can advise you on the day about the latest weather forecasts at your location. Cloud Forecasting is not reliable until the actual day of your booking.
